Need to return – Few points to remember
1. Returns/exchange request need to be within 07 days of the delivery of product
2. Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
3. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
5. In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at firstname.lastname@example.org
6. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
7. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
8. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
9. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to kabrio.in. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
